Basketball Recap: Queens Tech Takes a Loss

Queens Tech lost against Scholars Academy back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Queens Tech were beaten by Scholars Academy 88-31.

Queens Tech has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Scholars Academy, their win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Queens Tech will be home for the holidays to greet Townsend Harris at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Scholars Academy, they will host Information Tech at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Scholars Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Information Tech likes a good challenge.
