Basketball Recap: Deer Park Comes Up Short

Deer Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 62-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dripping Springs Tigers.

Deer Park's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Dripping Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 12-9.

Deer Park will look to defend their home court on Friday against Brazoswood at 7:00 p.m. As for Dripping Springs, they will head out to square off against Lake Travis at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dripping Springs is facing Lake Travis at the right time seeing as Lake Travis is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
