Basketball Recap: Seminole County Takes a Loss

Seminole County suffered their biggest defeat since January 30, 2024 on Saturday. They were dealt a 67-37 loss at the hands of the Early County Bobcats. The game marked the Indians' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Xavier Beard and Kamauri Johnson certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Beard posted 12 points, while Johnson dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Even though they lost, Seminole County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in seven consecutive contests.
