Basketball Recap: Gardiner Takes a Loss

Gardiner and Camden Hills squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Gardiner had to settle for second. They lost to the Camden Hills Windjammers on the road by a 63-45 margin. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Windjammers: they've now lost three in a row.

Gardiner's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Camden Hills, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Gardiner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Camden Hills, they will take on Lawrence at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lawrence will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Camden Hills surely won't give up without a fight.
