Basketball Recap: San Miguel Comes Up Short

San Miguel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 65-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tombstone Yellow Jackets. If the Vipers were looking for revenge after losing 68-55 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

San Miguel's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Tombstone, their victory ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Miguel will venture away from home to challenge St. Augustine Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tombstone, they will head out on the road to square off against Willcox at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
