Richmond never got on the board in their matchup on Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Reese on Saturday. They blew past the Rockets 11-1. The Blue Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six runs or more this season.

Richmond is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.1 runs over those games. As for Reese, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6-1.

Richmond has already played their next game, a 14-2 win against Central Montcalm on the 17th. As for Reese, they will face off against Vassar at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Vulcans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.38 runs per game on average), something the Rockets will no doubt try to take advantage of.
