Basketball Recap: Annandale's Loss Ends 11-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Big Lake last Thursday, Annandale came back down to earth. The Annandale Cardinals fell to the Blake Bears 64-60.

Annandale's defeat ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1. As for Blake, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Annandale will look to defend their home court on Friday against Albany at 7:00 p.m. Annandale is on a eight-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), Albany a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for Blake, they will face off against Dassel-Cokato at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
