Softball Recap: Thomasville Bulldogs vs. Wheatmore Warriors
Thomasville extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 14 on Wednesday, dropping them down to 0-7. They came up short against the Wheatmore Warriors, falling 17-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-0 on Wednesday.
As for Wheatmore, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games.
