Volleyball Recap: Muskegon Victorious

Muskegon's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Union Red Hawks. For the Big Reds, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Red Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

Muskegon's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Union, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Muskegon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Orchard View on the 27th. As for Union, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wayland at 6:00 p.m. on September 4.
