Glades Day added to the longest winning streak in 2A District 7 this week by beating Jupiter Christian, 30-12. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Gators.
Village Academy scaled the state rankings by moving to 331 from 368 this week, the biggest jump in the league. Village Academy was able to move up by besting Orangewood Christian 30-10.
Donald Hanna's team's Torrell Jones and Wesley Michel have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Jones has thrown for 211 yards this season, while Michel, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 4 catches for 94 yards. The Eagles' Bryan McGlynn leads the league in rushing yards with 96.
Village Academy took down the Rams 30-10 last week, the largest margin of any game.
