Softball Recap: Bradford Tornadoes vs. P.K. Yonge Blue Wave
Bradford proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 12) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the P.K. Yonge Blue Wave 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tornadoes have posted against the Blue Wave since March 1, 2016.
Kellsie Cochran was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Regan Adams, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Bradford hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
