Volleyball Recap: Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh Takes a Loss

Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh lost against Chrisman back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Titans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cardinals. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-13.

Taylor Williams paced Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh's offense, picking up five kills. Williams got some help from Addi Heltsley and her eight assists. Finally, Brookelyn Gough kept Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Chrisman, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-11.

Oakland/Kansas/Shiloh has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Neoga on the 11th. As for Chrisman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Paris on the 11th.
