Cape Fear kept a clean sheet against Gray's Creek on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Bears 1-0. Cape Fear's winning goal came courtesy of Hannah McGill.

Cape Fear has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up six goals over those 13 contests. As for Gray's Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-1.
