Volleyball Recap: Buffalo Grove Takes a Loss

Buffalo Grove was the 2-0 winner over Wheeling when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bison took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Monday. The Bison have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Buffalo Grove couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Wheeling a tough time in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 30-28.

Buffalo Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Wheeling, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Buffalo Grove didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Glenbrook South on the 9th. As for Wheeling, they will square off against Hersey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
