Quitman extended their winning streak to four on Monday, bumping them up to 9-5. Everything went their way against the Glenbrook Apaches as they made off with a 14-2 win. That 12-run margin sets a new team best for the Wolverines this season.

As for Glenbrook, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-10 record. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Glenbrook's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carson Powell, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Quitman will host Hamburg at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenbrook, they will be playing at home against Ringgold at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
