Football Recap: Brighton Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Brighton's last matchup with Douglas County could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Friday. The Bulldogs had to suffer through a 41-6 loss at the hands of the Huskies. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Tc Lindemann threw for 62 yards and one touchdown. Caleb Fish was his top target, picking up 27 receiving yards.

Douglas County had a senior duo take command as Jaden Adragna threw for 233 yards and three TDs while completing 73.3% of his passes and Nolan Case rushed for 90 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries.

Brighton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brighton will challenge Golden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Douglas County, they will square off against Smoky Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
