Hillsboro won the last time they faced Connally and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Cadets by a score of 3-1.

While Hillsboro might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Connally scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 22-25, 25-20, 25-22.

Charlee Mack paced Hillsboro's offense, picking up 16 kills. Mack got some help from Cloe Creech and her 23 assists. Emma Spigener controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Hillsboro is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Connally, they dropped their record down to 5-11 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Hillsboro will head out on the road to challenge Palmer at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Connally, they will square off against Jacksboro at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
