Basketball Game Preview: Watford City Wolves vs. New England Tigers

The Watford City Wolves will face off against the New England Tigers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Watford City was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 36-31 to Trinity. The match marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, New England was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Flasher.

New England's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Watford City, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-7.

Watford City was able to grind out a solid win over New England in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 51-41. Does Watford City have another victory up their sleeve, or will New England turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
