Softball Recap: Oshkosh West Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Oshkosh West challenged Fond du Lac on Friday. The Wildcats came up short against the Cardinals, falling 11-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcats have suffered since April 22nd.

This is the second loss in a row for Oshkosh West and nudges their season record down to 9-9. As for Fond du Lac, their win bumped their record up to 12-7.

Oshkosh West didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-5 loss against Watertown on the 10th. As for Fond du Lac, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-7 victory against Oconomowoc on the 10th.
