Recap: Wildwood Wildcats vs. Eastside Rams
On Tuesday, Wildwood really took it to Eastside for the full four quarters, racking up a 66-17 win at home. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-16.
Wildwood got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Trinidy Harris out in front who scored 20 points. Essiance Jasper was another key contributor, scoring 17 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Wildwood and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Eastside, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wildwood will play host again and welcome Buchholz, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eastside, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Vanguard at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Vanguard focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Monday.
