Wright City skates past Antlers with ease

Make it 13 blowout wins for the Wright City Lumberjax this season. They claimed a resounding 83-32 victory over Antlers at home. Wright City's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Madison Carter, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Shalan Haley, who scored 18 points.

The victory (which was Wright City's fifth in a row) raised their record to 19-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Antlers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Wright City will be playing at home against Valliant at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Valliant will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 246th, while Wright City is ranked 33rd). As for Antlers, they will head out on the road to challenge Battiest at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
