Volleyball Recap: Forbush Victorious

Forbush proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Mount Tabor Spartans 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Falcons have posted since October 8, 2024.

Forbush wouldn't go down easily and took Mount Tabor into a fifth set where they got it done with a 11-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-15, 15-25, 24-26, 15-4.

Karly Berrier was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 20 digs and six assists.

Forbush's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Mount Tabor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Forbush didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against South Stokes on the 21st. As for Mount Tabor, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Page on the 21st.
