Softball Recap: Flint Hill Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Flint Hill was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They came up short against the Potomac School Panthers, falling 17-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-2 last Wednesday.

Jane Stanley was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI.

Flint Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Potomac School, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Flint Hill nor Potomac School have any future games scheduled.
