Soccer Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

After flying high against Gallia Academy on Saturday, Warren came back down to earth. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Athens Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Warren's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Athens, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1.

Looking ahead, Warren will look to defend their home pitch on September 4 against Marietta at 7:00 p.m. As for Athens, they will venture away from home to challenge Unioto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
