East Rutherford hit Hendersonville with a five-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bearcats came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 11-1.

Hendersonville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Burlett, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

R-S Central's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Hendersonville, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-11.
