The Windermere Prep Lakers will venture away from home to challenge the Olympia Titans at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Windermere Prep is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

Windermere Prep fell victim to Geneva and their airtight pitching crew last Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 12-0. It was the first time this season that the Lakers let down their fans at home.

Windermere Prep saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylie Konstand, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Meanwhile, Olympia lost 16-3 to Apopka last Thursday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Blue Darters recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Windermere Prep's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Olympia, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.

Windermere Prep took their win against Olympia in their previous matchup back in April of 2021 by a conclusive 6-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Windermere Prep since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
