Basketball Recap: Oswego Beats Tyro Christian for Their Third Straight Win

Oswego extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Madison Foster. The Oswego Indians breezed by the Tyro Christian Eagles to the tune of 75-44 on Tuesday thanks in part to Foster, who went 16 of 27 en route to 33 points in addition to eight boards and six steals. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Jaycee Schulz, who went 6 for 13 on her way to 13 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. She has been hot, having also posted three or more steals the last five times she's played.

Oswego's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Tyro Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oswego will head out to face off against Altoona-Midway at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Oswego has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Tyro Christian has already played their next matchup (against Cookson Hills Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
