Volleyball Recap: International Community Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

International Community had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Geneva Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The win was nothing new for the Comets as they're now sitting on three straight.

Ella Jane DeLoach paced International Community's offense, picking up 14 kills. DeLoach got some help from Evelyn Hammer and her 31 assists. Kate Mikesell controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

International Community's record is now 18-8. As for Geneva, they moved to 21-5 with that loss, which also ended their nine-match winning streak.

As of now, neither International Community nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
