Rocky Mount Academy came tearing into Tuesday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wayne Country Day Chargers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Rocky Mount Academy was: they took every set by at least 17 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-8, 25-8.

McKenna Rogers paced Rocky Mount Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Rogers got some help from Landry Miller and her 14 assists. Rogers was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 18 aces.

Rocky Mount Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Wayne Country Day, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-17.
