Volleyball Recap: Walpole Falls to Wellesley in First Game of Season

Walpole unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Wellesley Raiders on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Timberwolves in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost five in a row.

Walpole and Wellesley will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Timberwolves will face off against rival Milton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Wellesley is set to square off against their familiar foe Newton North at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
