The 6-foot-3, 215-pound linebacker made his announcement Monday night.
Clarke jumped on recruiting boards across the country after he came up with 149 tackles, 18 sacks, six forced fumbles, six interceptions and three touchdowns during his junior season. Clarke lined up primarily at outside linebacker but also played as a rush defensive end on key passing downs.
