Softball Preview: Elmwood Royals vs. Archbold Blue Streaks

In other batting news, Elmwood let Leah Allison and Libbie Tyson run wild. Archbold came out on top against Liberty Center on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run fourth inning. The Blue Streaks were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Tigers. The result was nothing new for the Blue Streaks, who have now won six contests by ten runs or more so far this season.
Archbold's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Elmwood, their record now sits at 12-6.
