Cato-Meridian was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Beaver River on Friday. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by a 34-13 margin over the Beavers. Considering the Blue Devils have won four matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Cato-Meridian's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Beaver River, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coming up, Cato-Meridian will be playing at home against Lowville at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
