Patoka Lake Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Christian Hamilton Goes Supernova in Springs Valley Victory

Starting off the list is Springs Valley's Christian Hamilton, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hamilton rushed for 187 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 125 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Tecumseh's probably not too fond of Hamilton given he always seems to get the better of them. When Hamilton last faced the Braves back in September of 2023, he rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.

Dane Padgett and Co. Win Seventh in a Row

Paoli picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Dane Padgett. Padgett turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles.

If history really does repeat itself, Padgett might just drop another big game when he faces off against Mitchell on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Padgett saw the Bluejackets), he rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 51 receiving yards.
