Basketball Recap: Central Cass Comes Up Short

On Saturday, the Central Cass Squirrels came up short against the Henning Hornets and fell 70-59. The Squirrels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Cass now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Henning, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Cass will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Oak Grove Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Henning also won't see the court for a while: their next match is against Sebeka at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
