Basketball Recap: St. Anthony Takes a Loss

After flying high against Laguna Beach last Saturday, St. Anthony came back down to earth. The Saints took a 59-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hesperia Scorpions on Saturday. The matchup marked the Saints' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

St. Anthony now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Hesperia, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Coming up, St. Anthony will take on Cypress at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hesperia, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Wiseburn- Da Vinci at 5:30 p.m. on the 9th.
