Volleyball Recap: West Campus Gets the Win

On Wednesday, the West Campus Warriors narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Armijo Royals 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

West Campus was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (102-101), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-18, 23-25, 13-25, 15-11.

West Campus now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Armijo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, West Campus and Armijo will both be playing Burbank the next time they take the court. West Campus will host Burbank at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Armijo will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
