Woodbridge has gone a perfect 10-0 against Potomac Senior recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Vikings will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Woodbridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.1 runs per game this season.
Woodbridge will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any runs on Thursday, then bounced right back against Freedom on Friday. The Vikings put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 33-1 victory. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Regan Senecal and Jorja Gregory made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Senecal tossed 2.1 innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. Meanwhile, Gregory tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Senecal went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and two doubles, while Gregory went 2-for-6 with four runs, two RBI, and one double. Those two RBI gave Gregory a new career-high.

In other batting news, Mya Foster was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with five runs, six RBI, and one triple. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Bobbi Tate, who went 4-for-6 with six runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.
Woodbridge always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .633. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Freedom only posted an OBP of .235.
Meanwhile, Potomac Senior came up short against Hylton on Friday, falling 13-2. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Potomac Senior saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeanette Thompson, who went 2-for-3 with one run.
Potomac Senior's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Woodbridge, their victory bumped their record up to 4-8.
Potomac Senior's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Woodbridge hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .330. It's a different story for Potomac Senior, though, as they've only averaged .233. Will they be able to contain Woodbridge's hitters?
