Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of David Grisham and Brady Brown Lead Tracy to Victory + How To Watch

Tracy lost to Lincoln back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 48-26 victory. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by 22 points or more this season.

Tracy was led to victory by Brady Brown and David Grisham. Brown threw for 154 yards and four TDs on perfect 8-for-8 passing, while Grisham rushed for 151 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 8.4 yards per carry. Those four passing touchdowns gave Brown a new career-high. David Goularte was in the mix too, providing Tracy with two touchdowns.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Tracy was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 305 rushing yards. They are 3-1 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Tracy's defense and their four sacks. Case Borges was especially locked on to Lincoln's QB and sacked him three times. Borges is also crushing it when it comes to total tackles: he's made at least seven every time he's taken the field this season.

Lincoln lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Julian Perez, who threw for 291 yards and three TDs. Lincoln is 3-1 when Perez posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 0-4 otherwise. Jesse Perez was another key player, picking up 126 receiving yards and one score.

The win got Tracy back to even at 4-4. As for Lincoln, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Tracy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-13 defeat against St. Mary's on the 24th. As for Lincoln, they have also already played their next game, a 38-7 victory against Lodi on the 24th.
