With a playoff win on the line, Greencastle rose to the challenge on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Parke Heritage Wolves as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Tiger Cubs sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.
Makenzie Creviston paced Greencastle's offense, picking up 13 kills. Creviston got some help from Allie Landry and her 26 assists. Meilani York controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Despite the loss, Parke Heritage still got an impressive performance from Kendall Mckinney, who had 18 digs and two assists.
Greencastle's victory bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Parke Heritage, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 19-12.
Coming up, Greencastle will challenge South Putnam at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Parke Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
