Baseball Recap: Sequim Find Success

Sequim took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Franklin Pierce, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wolves won by a run and slipped past the Cardinals 4-3. That's two games straight that the Wolves have won by just one run.

Sequim has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-11 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Franklin Pierce, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-8 record.

As of now, neither Sequim nor the Cardinals have any future games scheduled.
