Football Game Preview: Wilbur-Creston vs. Chewelah

Wilbur-Creston will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Chewelah at 7:00 PM. Wilbur-Creston are coming into the game hot, having won four in a row.

Everything went Wilbur-Creston's way against Manson last Friday as they made off with a 32-6 victory. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 20-0.

Meanwhile, Chewelah came up short against Reardan, falling 14-27. This makes it the second loss in a row for Chewelah.

Wilbur-Creston's win lifted them to 4-0 while Chewelah's defeat dropped them down to 1-3. In their win, Wilbur-Creston relied heavily on senior Ethen Tesch, who rushed for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns. Chewelah will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
