One of the most notable came from Caylien Aubrey, who rushed for 33 yards and a pair of TDs, and also picked up 72 receiving yards and one touchdown. Meanwhile, Wossman was able to grind out a solid victory over Peabody on Friday, taking the game 29-20. The Wildcats pushed the score to 29-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warhorses cut but never quite recovered from.

Wossman's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB eight times. The heavy lifting was done by Daniel Whitlock and Demarion Price, who racked up five sacks between them. Price has become a key player for Wossman: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least one sack, but 3-4 otherwise. Ryan Wilson was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making ten total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Minden's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.3 points on average over those games. As for Wossman, the win also got them back to even at 5-5.
