If Martin Luther wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Dominican, they should've done a better job of containing Gabby Johnson. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Spartans on Thursday with plenty of help from Johnson, who had 16 digs and three aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 11 times she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dominican took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 25-15.

The win made it two in a row for Dominican and bumps their season record up to 23-8. As for Martin Luther, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-19 record this season.

Dominican will challenge St. Catherine's at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Martin Luther, they will take on Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
