Centralia had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the St. John's/Tipton Catholic Blujays on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Centralia not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept St. John's/Tipton Catholic between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17.

Malayna Becker paced Centralia's offense, picking up 16 kills. Becker got some help from Keelyn Rempe and her 27 assists.

Centralia's win bumped their record up to 31-8. As for St. John's/Tipton Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 28-11.

Centralia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Wabaunsee on the 25th. St. John's/Tipton Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
