Soccer Game Preview: Colquitt County vs. Bainbridge

The Colquitt County Packers will challenge the Bainbridge Bearcats at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Colquitt County's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Appling County with a sharp 5-0 win.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Bainbridge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Everything went their way against Sumter County on Tuesday as they made off with a 4-1 victory. Bainbridge haven't had any issues with Sumter County recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Colquitt County's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Bainbridge, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Colquitt County beat Bainbridge by a goal when the teams last played back in February of 2025, winning 4-3. Do the Packers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bearcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
