Topeka entered their tilt with Leavenworth on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the PIONEERS by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got Topeka back to even at 4-4. As for Leavenworth, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season.

Topeka will head out to face off against Tonganoxie on Saturday. As for Leavenworth, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Shawnee Mission North on the 22nd.
