Volleyball Recap: Freeport Falls to Rockford East in First Game of Season

Freeport unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 2-0 to the Rockford East E-Rabs on Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-17.

Maddox Olson paced Freeport's offense, picking up five kills. Olson got some help from Bryce Mcdanel and his nine assists.

Rockford East's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Freeport has already played their next match (against Boylan Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Rockford East also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Jefferson.
