Softball Recap: Maconaquah Comes Up Short

Maconaquah fell victim to Northwestern and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 15-0 to the Tigers. The Braves haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Maconaquah saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kasey Murry, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Maconaquah's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Northwestern, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Maconaquah will welcome Lewis Cass at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northwestern, they will face off against Argos at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
