Basketball Recap: New England Takes a Loss

New England was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 61-48 to the Beach Buccaneers. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-43 back in December of 2024.

New England's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Beach, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the New England Tigers duke it out with the Hebron-Glen Ullin Bearcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Beach has already played their next game (against Plevna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
